The Jelly Bean is back - and this time the grit lasts.
This is not a power paddle, and we're not going to pretend it is. The Jelly Bean 2 runs a softer, denser foam that gives you real dwell on the ball: longer contact, more feel, more control at the kitchen line. Dekel Barr called it "sneaky power," which is about right. You won't overpower anyone off the bounce, but you'll place the ball where you want it and find pace when you need it.
If you loved the Alpha Pro Powers, or you've always played a softer paddle and never found one that held up, this is the one. It's a completely different animal from the Power 2 - that paddle hits; this paddle plays.
Paired with our durable HexGrit surface, so the spin you buy is the spin you keep. UPA-A approved.
Not for you if: you want raw put-away power off the serve or a paddle that does the work for you.

Is it a control or power paddle?
It is primarily an All Court paddle with low pop. The soft core is tuned for resets, dinks, and drops. Even though it's soft, there is enough finishing power when you accelerate through the ball.
Who is it best for?
It is best for players who prioritize a forgiving sweet spot, dependable touch, and spin over maximum raw power.
What changed from the original Jelly Bean?
Jelly Bean 2 adds a softer, denser EMA foam construction and the addition of HexGrit
Which shape should I choose?
Shape is all a personal preference. If you want the maximum sweet spot, choose the Pegasus. The Vapor and Ultré are the best all-rounders. The Hurache-X has the most reach and will feel the most natural to ex-tennis players.
What is included?
Every Jelly Bean 2 includes a neoprene cover and is backed by the warranty and return terms shown on this page.
